At Pacific National, we believe that a key to realising our Vision lies in consistently demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect, while prioritising ethical and responsible decision-making in all aspects of our business operations.

To do this, our Code of Conduct outlines how we do business and sets the standards of behaviour we expect. At Pacific National we encourage you to speak up, empowering you to play an active role in the elimination of inappropriate or improper conduct in the workplace.

Pacific National provides options to enable you to speak up and report matters, this includes access to Stopline, a confidential, independent external hotline and provider of whistleblowing services, who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or this website. It also enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire. Stopline is available to all  Pacific National employees, contractors and officers or any relatives, dependents or spouses of those people. Translation services can be provided if requested.
